what you will need such as a sleeping bag & pad, tent, eating utensils etc.
All you need to do is provide is your outdoor camping clothes, hat, flashlight,
sunscreen, personal gear such as your toothbrush and a good attitude.

chairs, warm campfires, cold drinks and some outfitters even offer wine or beer
tasting, live music, geology and naturalist lectures.
The Canyon remained largely unknown (and virtually
unexplored) until Civil War veteran John Wesley Powell led a famous boat
expedition through the Grand Canyon gorge in 1869. The one-armed Army Major and
nine men accomplished this feat in four small wooden boats. Powell's party was
probably the first ever to make such a trip. After a second journey in 1871-72,
he aptly named it Grand Canyon. You can follow Powell's footsteps and explore
this incredible place on your Grand Canyon camping trip.
Remember to bring sun-screen on your next Grand Canyon
